DVCOM RMA Process
Step 1: Create an account and log in to the RMA Portal at https://rma.datavoiz.com.
Step 2: Submit the required details about the issue through the portal.
Step 3: Our support team will validate the issue and provide an RMA form with a ticket number and relevant details.
Step 4: Deliver the device, along with the duly signed RMA form, to our designated collection point.
Step 5: Our support team will coordinate with the vendor to troubleshoot the issue. If a fault is confirmed, a replacement will be issued.
