DVCOM RMA Process

Step 1: Create an account on RMA Portal (rma.datavoiz.com).

Step 2: Login to your account and open a new ticket.

Step 3: Support team will get in touch to verify the request. Once the RMA is approved you will receive an RMA form with the case number and details.

Step 4: On receipt of the form please fill relevant accessory details in the client area of the form.

Step 5: Deliver the device along with the duly signed RMA form to our collection point.
